Correspondence from a reader about Cruising the Wild Atlantic Way

All packed up for a day’s sailing. The only time I treat myself to jammy donuts…. Is when I do the shopping… when sailing!! And I would eat all 5; myself. Have to now wait for another 10 months for these delicious donuts.

Only relatively new to "cruising" in Ireland.

Brought up on a diet of the Cruising guides of Ireland. They scared me. I am not intelligent enough to take in all the facts in the books. Navionics has made it all so easy and less intimidating.

However, received your book – Cruising the Wild Atlantic Way, for Christmas. Now THAT is a cruising guide. To inspire you to actually visit the spots.

The summer of 2018 we got from Crosshaven to Innishbofin. But with your book we drove on further in 2019. even with the poorish weather.

Just completed all the way around. We would NOT have done the trip without your book. Actually, felt a bit lonely / naked going east after Lough Swilly… when your book finished.
